Building a City's Software Infrastructure with Elixir & Phoenix

In 2023, I gave a keynote at ElixirConf EU in Lisbon, Portugal, on how we use Elixir and Phoenix to run the software infrastructure of a city.

Drawing on our work for Auroville, I walk through how a small team keeps dozens of community tech services running and the architecture that holds them together.
