An online workshop on inner and outer systems management, and how to meet the voices that sabotage clarity, purpose, and focus from within.
On 7 August 2025, I facilitated an online workshop called I See You, Māra!
The workshop explored inner and outer systems management: how our outer systems shape our life, and how our inner voices quietly sabotage clarity, courage, action, and self-trust.
The frame was simple: seeing Māra clearly is already part of becoming less ruled by it. We looked at the patterns of procrastination, doubt, and distraction that interrupt life from within, and how to meet them with timeless yogic wisdom and science-backed tools, without either obeying them or fighting them blindly.
